Strange judering on H264 channels

Hi

Actually I'm watching H264 channels using last Cyberlink codec (DXVA on) with a nice PQ. My VGA is an ATI 3850HD and I'm getting fluid video, everything ok, but sometimes, after 40minutes or 1 hour it begins to judder.

 

Then I swap to other channel, return to HD channel and it keeps playing fine for another while... Does anyone know why is this happening?

 

DVBViewer is using EVR on Vista 32bits.

 

DVBsource is unticked. (Using Haali media splitter)
