Can DVBV enhance OSD overscan adjustment ?

Since the subtitles will display in wrong size/position in fullscreen when using overlay & EVR,

can DVBV enhance OSD overscan adjustment ?

Such as add a overscan adjustment for fullscreen mode , and a overscan adjustment for windows mode ?
