Screen Goes Blank When Adverts Come On

Hi

 

On most channels, I can be watching a program, but when the adverts come on, the screen goes blank and the audio continues. If I move the window slightly or something, the picture comes back. When the adverts finish and the program comes back on, it goes blank again.

 

I am guessing this is something to do with the picture ratio changing or something.

 

I thought this might be a known problem so I haven't added the support.zip.

 

If this is unheard of then I will certainly run the support tool.

 

I'm using v3.9.4.0.

not really known, but if EVR and Vista related, no need to investigate further. MS EVR is still buggy. We have to wait for them to fix it.

I experimenting with VMR9 and Overlay and it's fixed the problem.
