ffdshow not available durin DVD playback

Hello,

 

I do not have ffdshow postprocessor running on DVD playback.

 

I have to say that it works sources.

I selected ffdshow in the direct x menu option, so for SAT DTT and also play of files .avi ffdshow works.

 

I added also postprocessor plug-in, it works in the sense that I have two instance of ffdshow using Dtt, SAT or .avi., but no ffdshow while DVD playback.

 

Can someone tell me why?

ffdshow as MPEG2 decoder doesn't support DVD playback. The DVD Navigator tells the decoder that it might get encrypted (CSS) content, even if it is not encrypted, and ffdshow refuses to connect to it.

 

However, postprocessing with ffdshow should work (here it does). Maybe the decoder that is used for DVD playback instead of ffdshow doesn't connect to the ffdshow raw video filter.

I have version 3.9.4.0 of DVBViewer I added also the plug-in postprocessor.

 

Do you know if I have to set some particular field in order to have ffdshow working durin DVD playback?

 

I use theater tek version 1.5 to play dvd and ffdshow is active and works fine.
