OSD + closed/dead channels

Here's a thing which makes DVBViewer problematic to use in full screen mode - if I am switching channels and at some point come to channel that doesn't open up for some reason (dead, encrypted, whatever) - miniOSD which is supposed to come up and say to what channel I am switching doesn't come up at all. Thus I get kind of lost and have to get out of the fullscreen, get the channellist up, see where I am at actually etc etc. Which basically makes the osd features pretty useless.
