About EPG update problem

If my DVBViewer not close for a long time, the epg data cannot update normally,

but it is success when i close it and restart.

Any other method to reset the EPG data but no need close the program?

The epg is updated as soon as you tune a channel.

 

Do you by chance use the recording service? It does update the epgdata in the background but only if the viewer is not running.

i am not using recording service.

if the program can reset all the epg data

i think the problem can be fix.

My usage is open a channel for a long time, but after few days. the EPG in some day will blank

i need close it and open it again. i just guess EPG data have some problem so that cannot updata.

1. before restart the program, today epg is missed (24/Jul)

2. after restart the program. today epg is fine after restart.
