Green Picture on all channels apart from BBC HD

HI,

 

I have a Pinnacle Dual DVB-S Pro in my PC that is plugged into a LCD TV via a HDMI Cable. The PC has an ATI 3650 graphics card and also has Cyberlink Codecs.

 

When I view any channel apart from BBC HD the picture is green.

 

I presume I have an incorrect setting or codec but have not been able to find any information on this.

 

Any pointers would be great
