DVB Viewer suddenly freeze

When starts the DVBViewer for a minutes, it is freezed and no video output. My system has no feedback.

TV card model

MIX Lighter mini DMB-TH (USB)

Type and chipset of the mainboard

Asus P5K-E (WiFi-AP Edition)

Graphics card and useed driver version

Gecube Radeon HD3450
