problems with HD channels since end july

I am using DVBViewer pro since several years, with delight since it worked perfectly, even with HD from ASTRA-HD demo channel and ANIXE.

I use PowerDVDultra 7.3 codecs and HD2400pro, full hd, with a very low CPU load <10%. But since end of july, no more image. If I remove DXVA, then I have image again, but with 80% CPU load and some stuttering.

Nevertheless, I can record programs, and watch it with powerdvd, using dxva. Here also, some stuttering.

I have tried to use VMR7/9 instead of overlay: nada!

Using the tool H264 param reader 1.3 I have seen that old programs were using H264 main profile whereas now they are using H264 high profile.

I mention that I read perfectly BRdisks in H264, like "casino royale", which I believe use high profile.

 

Is this the reason of my problem? Has someone experience about this problem and solutions?

Some TV Station charged there encoder and use now a higher h.264 Profile.

And some decoders for example Power DVD 7 have problems with the new Profile.
