DVB-S/S2 Scan on 28.2 not picking up everything

I have a clean install of the latest DVBViewer, and a hauppauge nova-hd-s2 card.

 

When doing a channel scan using the wizard, I told it to use the s2 and new tuning features, and picked Astra/Eurobird 28.2 - it scans 89 transponders and found around 450 tv channels...

 

There are a lot of channels missing - BBC2 England, A load of the sky sport and movie channels (even tho I cant receive these) and more... In Media Portal i get around 1000 channels found and it picks up everything.

 

Have I got a setting wrong, or do I need to change anything? I have disabled mediaportal tv service before scanning so that there is nothing else using the tuner - all found channels that I can receive seem to work ok, so its just not pulling in everything.

 

 

Any ideas?
