Cannot play or edit HD .ts file

I'm using DVBViewer Pro 3.9.4.0 with a FireDTV C CI device. I recently recorded a HD movie in .ts format (12 Gb). Usually I'm able to play my recorded HD content using Cyberlink PowerDVD or even Windows Media Player, but not this one. If I open the file within DVBViewer is plays fine, so apparently there's no problem with the file.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
