Phunky Posted October 4, 2008 Posted October 4, 2008 So i currently have 2xTechonoTrend C-1501 cards in my media pc which i wish to setup to stream around the entire network in my house which currently consists of 3 PC's 1: MediaPC 2: Mine 3: The Wife's I wish to be able to play TV on all the machines but it would seem that the TV Server only wants to use one device at a time and it also seems as if i have to run a scan on each client machine too (that cant be right?) Is there an advance guide anywhere about setting up multiple device streams? Quote
Moses Posted October 4, 2008 Posted October 4, 2008 You can (or even should) copy the channels.dat file from your media pc (have a look into the configuration folder) to all the other PCs. Are you runnning dvbserver on your media pc? What's it's hardware settings? Quote

DVBServer is running on the MediaPC, when you ask for hardware settings what do you mean? The setup of the DVB Cards or the actual system itself? Quote
Moses Posted October 4, 2008 Posted October 4, 2008 The settings in dvbserver. Maybe a support.zip from the server and one client could help here. Have a look here: http://www.DVBViewer.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=2210 Quote
