Er zeigt "sync out of range 125khz" an. Quote Link to comment
M_ars
Quote Link to comment
Quote Link to comment
Devastation
Gruss Devastation Quote Link to comment
w8andc
I have installed catalyst 8.10 and use cyberlink decoders from PowerDVD8. On sudden unexpected moments I get this annoying BSOD in Windows XP sp3 which shows an error on "Watchdog.sys". It happens mostly when watching HD channels. In previous catalyst versions I can't remember I got this error. I would say this behavior is worse than before. Can someone explain what this "watchdog" is meant for? Can you disable this watchdog instead of disable DXVA? The H.264 decoder from ffdshow is reworked remarkably the last months and now does work in combination with DVBViewer. Although there is still work on deinterlacing and DXVA support. Forum member CLINCH told they are working hard to make ffdshow work with DXVA as an alternative for Cyberlink decoders for H.264. Devastation
Can someone explain what this "watchdog" is meant for? As far as I know watchdog is a prog that is watching over drivers. How this works exactly I dont know Can you disable this watchdog instead of disable DXVA? I never tried. Maybe, but it wouldn't be simple. Its a MS prog deep in the Windows System. Reading on other topics for me it looks like this problem is only with onboard grafik. Or have you a extra grafik card? If I got more sure about this I probably by an HD3650 or 4650. I ll see. regards Quote Link to comment
