i go to buy this tv card and in the list of supported cards by DVBViewer, only i see the HVR-1100 but not the 3000, anyone can confirm the WinTV-HVR-3000 is compatible with DVBViewer?

Yes it does work. I've got two HVR-3000's in my system and they work just fine with DVBViewer v3.9.4.0
