ZERS Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 (edited) Hi, This is my first post as I've just purchased DVBViewer PRO lastest release. I've got a technotrend S2-3200 and a terratec 2400i. Both have the latest drivers (BDA for the TT) and they are listed in the Configuration panel. I've got the TT CI and a ASTONCRYPT CAM. I'm running vista X32 ultimate SP1. While running the setup, I've enter my login & passord. I've chosen the tools for technotrend (including visual C++ framework) and all other stuff like the MCE plugin. During the download I've got an error message warning me up the an erro was encountered during the download. But the set up carried on. Then the set up found my 3 tuners (2 for the DVB-T terratec and the DVB-S Technotrend). While clicking on each tuner, there's an option "New scan" that I've checked for the S2-3200. As the scan screen is display, clicking on "search" does nothing. So I've complet the setup and DVBViewer started. I've open the channel list editor and as I choose on channel, I've got the message "no valid card". But as I opened the "parameters->option" ad choose the DVB-S section, I can see my S2-3200 card. The CI checkbox is check What's wrong in my set up ? Why DVBViewer fails to use my S2-3200 whereas it is listed in the DVB-S cards ? Please note that I've no diseq, I just want to wath the ASTRA 19.2 channels. I tried to find the technotrend support tools in the member section of the download area, but could'nt find them... ZERS Posted November 9, 2008 Author Posted November 9, 2008 (edited) OK it's fixed for a while... I've restored my system using a ghost, and restarted the set up from scratch. there wasn't any error at all while downloading each additional components (Visual C++, TT CI process and the MCE plugin) and now it works out fine...Got all my FTA and non FTA channels avalaible. But only my DVB-S card is set, I would like to add a group "terrestrial" and scan the DVB-T transponders for my 2400i, so that I will have 3 tuners. Unfornatunalty, I didn't find any documentation that explains how to add extra tuners (DVB-T in that case). Any help ? Regards Edited November 9, 2008 by ZERS Quote
