DvbViewer Pro still asking for usename/password

I purchased DVBViewer last week and it still asks me for my login/pass (so it locks DVBViewer after ~30minutes and i got to restart it), do anyone have this kind of problems?

Uninstall the DVBViewer complete (via Control Panel > Software) including the configuration folder.

Make shout that the DVBViewer Pro is complete removed.

 

Than reinstall the DVBViewer with your username and password.

Solved by removing C:\ProgramData\CMUV\DVBViewer before reinstalling.

..which, on an english windows installation, is the configuration folder, so you did only what Tjod told you to do. :)

 

Nevertheless, fine to read that your installation works correctly now and welcome to the community of legal users of the DVBViewerPro.
