styx100 Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Hi, Recently I connected a Technisat Skystar HD2 to my Multytenne. DVBViewer Pro works like a charm in this configuration. Switching Between Asta 19.2, Hotbird 13, Astra 23.5 and Astra 28 is no problem at all. However Transedit does not switch between the LNB's. The POS/OPT settings are exactly the same as in DVBViewer. What could be the problem? Quote
Griga Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 Please attach your TransEdit.ini (see Info -> Configuration Folder in TransEdit). Quote
styx100 Posted November 9, 2008 Author Posted November 9, 2008 (edited) Hi Griga, Thanks for the quick reply! Here is the ini-file. Although i tune the Astra/Eurobird 28° E (Diseqc POS B / OPT B ), the scan result are all from the Astra 1 (POS A/ OPT A). TransEdit.ini Edited November 9, 2008 by styx100 Quote
Griga Posted November 9, 2008 Posted November 9, 2008 (edited) TransEdit doesn't recognize your card as Twinhan Mantis. I'll try to fix it in the next version. Change Vendor.0=0 to Vendor.0=5 in TransEdit.ini, while TransEdit is closed, which will (hopefully) make DiSEqC work. Please note: Performing "Settings -> Hardware -> Detect Devices" resets the (changed) Vendor entry. P.S. Additionally tick Settings -> Hardware -> DVB-S2 Device. styx100 Posted November 10, 2008 Author Posted November 10, 2008 Hi Griga, Changing the vendor setting did the trick. Diseqc works perfectly now. Thanks for the great support! Quote
