Skystar 2 red Icon no signal

I have 80cm raven dish with quad LNB, I only use one connection from the quad LNB, os winxp, I receive all the FTV channels, I installed the Skystar 2 but the Icon in the system tray is red Its says no signal I know I'm getting a signal because I've been using the same connection for the sky digi box, so why is the tv card saying no signal your help appreciated

Have you set up right parameters for LNB? Use Transedit and set up LNB LOF correctly.
