Ordering of DVBviewer full version

Hi everybody, espetially DVBViewer resellers. I few weeks ago I paid 15 Euros for full version, but until now I did not receive login information by email. I tried to contact bhackbart cmuv.de and hackbart DVBViewer.com, but again no reply. My payment was really sent via PayPal. Was anything done wrong? Could anybody help? Does anybody have similar experiennce? Thanks

I entered my really working address "miroslav.tregler@biotronik.cz". Also nobody from hackbart DVBViewer.com; bhackbart cmuv.de; bhackbart cmuv.com respond to me. Maybe I will try to call them...
