I'm not sure it can help, but I advice you to try other codecs than thouse you use now.

See in this forum for adviced codecs, like, I believe, AC3 Filter for Audio, or Cyberlink for video only or a/v.

By the way, make sure you have latest drivers for you ATI video card.

I tried another coceds cyberlink, mainconcept...

With same error in EVR. This is the problem only in DVB viever. BS player play good in EVR.

I use latest driver ATI Catalyst 8.11

When using CL PDVD codecs make sure you turn Hardware acceleration (DxHA) in View/Filters/Cyberlink.xx ON

I have exactly the same problem. I have Ati Radeon HD4850 too so that may be causing the problem. I'm running 64bit Vista. The problem disappears when I turn DXVA on but that only works for MPEG2 and H264 so it's impossible for me to watch other video files with DVBViewer with EVR. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated. At least MediaPortal and MPC are able to play the files correctly with EVR as renderer.

I have narrowed the problem down to DVBV OSD-Source. When I set the output colorspace to RGB32 in ffdshow DVBViewer won't load the OSD-Source and the problem disappears. It seems there is a bug in DVBV OSD-Source and it only affects EVR when hardware acceleration isn't on.

FWIW, I had a similar problem (on Vista32 though), and it went away with the latest ATI drivers (9.2).

That fixed the problem! I guess I would have eventually updated the drivers anyway but thanks a lot for helping out
