Optimum HD settings

All,

Is anyone able to advise what the optimum HD settings should be? Sorry, if this has already been discussed elsewhere.

I am trying to get the smoothest picture on the following HD channels: ITV HD, BBC HD, Sky Sport 1-3 HD, Eurosport HD.

I find the Sky sports channel initially have a green screen for a few seconds, whilst Eurosport is very choppy.

I have left all settings as default during the DVBViewer install.

Thanks

This will depend on your video card, operating system, screen etc. etc. etc.

There is no one "best" answer; just the answer that is best for your equipment.

Thanks - FYI using the codecs from the powerDVD trial version seems to be the best

just out of interest, how are you getting sky ports? [removed] i can get everything apart from sky sports and movies.

§ 13

Do not ask for or discuss plugins for descrambling/decrypting pay-tv or key-codes.

Although the DVBViewer Pro provides full pay-tv functionality it must only be used in combination with a valid subscription of a pay-tv provider, a tv-card/box featuring a "conditional access module" (CAM)and/or the corresponding "common interface" (CI) with a smart-card. This applies regardless whether software-descrambling is allowed in your country or not.
