Skaarup Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 Hello After a lot of new installs and setting up on my computer, I suddenly get password prompts in DVBViewer every 15-20 minutes or so after which the program shuts down. This is a bit annoying, and I was wondering if there was something I could do? I tried to reinstall the software, but that didn't help much, i'm afraid. I tried to remove the program via Vista Control panel, but the program remembers its settings. Is there a username/password value I can reset somewhere? Or what can i do? Regards Claus PS: Yes, I purchased the license for the software. That's about 18 months ago, I think. My current install is v3.9.4 Quote
Tjod Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 If you Uninstall the DVBViewer via Control Panel > Software including the configuration files. The DVBViewer should not remember any settings (beside username/password). If this not helps pleas post your support.zip. Quote

It kept saying that a file was missing. Something like uninst001.msg Well... The important thing is, that it works now. Regards Claus Quote
