dvbviewer doesnt like more than one satellite?

I managed to get my card working (no idea how, just started to work).

 

i have two satellites: astra 28.2E, and Hotbird 13E.

 

I am trying to use DVBViewer to scan for channels on both tuners..

 

it wont find the channels on both tuners - just on tuner3.....wont look for them on tuner4.

 

if i scan channels in with them individually, i get the channels, but it doesnt let me move from one channel on satellite A to another channel on satellite B as easily as i ought to be able to...........what am i doing wrong?
