Hello everybody,

well I experimented this issue also in last DVBV 3.9.4 but video break up weren't so many.

But now with last DVBV v 4 video breaks up happen more often and loaded ram increase more heavly and could be a problem.

More or less viewing a h264 channel like Astra HD ram increase of 10 MB every video break up that happen.

I don't know why video break up happens but at the end if ram goes to high it's a big problem.

DVBV show this issue with every codec and render mode.

This is a decoder problem, most likly cyberlink, which does eat vast amounts of memory to buffer if it can not playback fast enough. So your problem seems to be is a system not able to play this.

Well seems this issue afflict DVBV with divx h264 codec every render, but not cyberlink codec.

I will do some more tests.

And thank you for the xmast gift ^__________^

Did you edit latency within DVBSource?

Well I didn't edit the latency but by default it was 350 ms.

Yesterday I saw I had only few breaks up, but on every break up using divx h264 raw usage goes upper so the issue remain.

In any way yesterday I tryed editing also the latency but well I don't really know how to edit it.

I enabled clock of DVBV and then I supposed to rise latencyes to the ten upper seiing clock drift on dvbsource and instability under VMR9.

But I don't know if it is correct or not. May you tell me how to edit latencyes?

In any way i will report the issue also to divx, and perhaps probably the many break up were a problem of the broadcasting perhaps some bad weather near the broadcaster betadigital.

But that's also true my system is at the edge of its possibility, for this reason I hope now that ati stream is ready and OpenCL is now a standard for all, in near future we would see good things from new video decoders, isn't it?

Ahhh and Merry Christmas to all.
