i have to capture for a 16 hours or more a channel and i want to ask if there is any problem with it, and how much space i have to reserve.

no, normaly there are no problems. i had captured Live Earth for 17 hours, last year.

and how much space i have to reserve.

the question is, what you will record?

it's radio or tv? and the average datarate is deciding.
