Not everybody speaks German

I suggest using English as default and German as a second option. For instance, when I purchase DVBViewer, I get an email with English and German mixed up...You really have to "read between the lines"

Also, when you access the member's area, there's a series of download links, and when you click one of the "Information" links, the page that opens is a forum post with a release announcement typed in German. Ich habe nichts gegen Deutsch aber es is nich praktisch

important stuff is english. Things I do in german are only intended für german users (or do you have a use for tvinfo as example). I don't see your point.

@Lars_MQ: But the welcome email is intended to any customer, be he German or not. Separating German from English is important, even for German users (both languages are mixed together in the email). Also, in the member area, when you read "Channellist Editor", it isn't mentioned it is only for the German audience (especially that the name is in plain English).

Sorry for the mixture, but we also receive similar letters like

Incroyable, vous me faire parvenir cette lettre en anglais mais je parle français uniquement.

(to be fair the most people who complained the english content are germans) and since it is not quite simple to figure out which is the main language of a customer (without collecting additional informations) we saw this as the best solution, and to be honest the most important information in this mail is the login information
