For instance, when I purchase DVBViewer, I get an email with English and German mixed up...You really have to "read between the lines" Also, when you access the member's area, there's a series of download links, and when you click one of the "Information" links, the page that opens is a forum post with a release announcement typed in German. Separating German from English is important, even for German users (both languages are mixed together in the email). Also, in the member area, when you read "Channellist Editor", it isn't mentioned it is only for the German audience (especially that the name is in plain English). Quote

(to be fair the most people who complained the english content are germans) and since it is not quite simple to figure out which is the main language of a customer (without collecting additional informations) we saw this as the best solution, and to be honest the most important information in this mail is the login information Christian Quote
