Is not direct the DVBViewer Pro. But if you bay the DVBViewer Pro you can although use the Recordingservice.

http://www.DVBViewer.info/forum/index.php?...st&p=223204

And the Recordingservice which has an UPnP AV Server integrated. That works at lest with XBMC and XP. You can change the channel, like you select a other file on a UPnP Server.

Two UPnP AV Server are may be a problem (I don't know).

But to install the DVBViewer Pro on two of your PCs is no problem.

some more questions...

1) streaming to xbox via upnp can also work the epg?

2) the pc with future DVBViewer pro is ON 24h... using upnp the stream on my lan is also active 24h (with consequently usage of lan) or on demand when i watch the stream from remote? (i want to realize a tv server with usage of my lan only on demand and free of traffic when no watching streamed tv)

3)i have a skystar2 for satellite receiving and i want to buy a pci card for dvb-t. Can DVBViewer work with two card simultaneously? i can watch dvb-s or dvb-t from remote without operate directly on my server?

I think not.

I think only if you watch but I'm not 100% sure.

Yes but DVBViewer did not map channels from DVB-T and DVB-S so the same channel from DVB-S and DVB-T are different channels for the DVBViewer.

??? confused...

a pseudo example of a channel list of DVBViewer:

1) chanA (dvb-S)

2) chanB (dvb-S)

3) chanC (dvb-S)

4) chanB (dvb-T)

5) chanD (dvb-S)

etc...

do you mean this? (chanB is the same channel with the same name on dvb-s and dvb-t)

and i can select all the channel and DVBViewer switch from dvb-s to dvb-t and vice versa without problems?

finally a suggestion for a dvb-t pci card i can buy that can work without problems with DVBViewer and skystar2, please.

Mapping is meant like the DVB-S handling under Windows/Vista Mediacenter. The DVBViewer can deal with DVB-S and -C devices in a logical way, and not like VMC/WMC does - via an simulated dvb-t adapter.

You can stream channels via UPNP by using the service. As i mentioned earlier in a german post, this works fine with XBMC as client.

According to multiple posts made here - concerning the licence usage: I guess you can use one licence for two PC's, as long as you don't provide the licence information to any third party. A DVBViewer usage also excluse a commercial streaming solution. If you use the streaming inside your own 4 walls - i guess everythings fine with it.
