JonBunt Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 I have been using DVB task scheduler for timing recordings, mainly through EPG+. I seem to have difficulties in putting the HTPC back into standby after a recording though (It wakes up and records fine). Ideally I would like to carry out a number of recordings and put the HTPC back into standby after each one (if possible), also on the last scheduled recording I would like to shutdown the HTPC. Is this possible? If this is not possible just putting the HTPC into standby after each recording would be sufficient. I have tried playing with the settings a little in the DVB Scheduler and Recording actions within DVBViewer Setting Options, but not managed to put the HTPC back to Standby. Am I missing something simple? Is there an easy way to do this? My HTPC is relatively new 5050e, 780G, 4GB, 1TB HDD, Pinnacle 4000i DVB-S, running XP Pro. Perhaps someone could help me out on this matter! Quote
JonBunt Posted February 19, 2009 Author Posted February 19, 2009 Anyone? Are there known issues when trying to put the HTPC back to standby, or is it a tuner card issue? Quote
