odyssey Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 In 4.0 pro it doesn't want to scan for channels on my TT-1500C running on Vista x64. I get a "No hardware available" and "Current device" is blank when I choose "Scan channels". I made a throughful installation. In an earlier version (3.9.2 i believe), it scans the channels and I can see "Signal" at about 80% on frequencies that contain channels, but still don't find any channels. There are at least 2-3 free to air unencrypted channels available on DVB-C here, but many encrypted. I use a CI module to decrypt these channels usually. How can I fix this? Quote
EnzoF1 Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 I had a similar issue not that long ago. Removing and re-installing the drivers for the capture hardware fixed the problem for me... Quote
odyssey Posted March 7, 2009 Author Posted March 7, 2009 I tried uninstalling (and removing) the driver from Device Manager... Although the driver didn't uninstall completely appearently, as it installed itself afterwards. Also it didn't help at all. 4.0 still claims it can't see my hardware (but it's listed in the Hardware config panel). I tend to think this is a bug with TT cards, as 3.9.2 semi-worked. Quote
