Pleas go in the Registry (regedit) and search for CM&V an compare Username and Password there with them in your authentication email.

Make sure that they in the Registry are the same (case sensitiv). There is a Bug in the DVBViewer 4.0.0 that in the case that they are incorrect the DVBViewer did not show a dialog to enter the correct one.

Thanks you for your suggestion!

I have checked the Username and Password in Regestry. I found that my Username was upperCased.

But I wonder that is it the reason that make the programe close automatically ?

When it was closed, DVBViewer cannot start again. It will show no hardward found . I need to restart my computer to start DVBViewer again.

Anyone face the same problem as me? any solutions?

I am using DVBViewer with plugin netstreaming to broadcast the HDTV video to a web announcement system. However, DVBViewer always close automatically. This make me very trouble!
