Streamen auch mit kleiner Auflösung?

Hallo,

 

ich bin neu hier und grüsse Euch erst mal alle.

 

Meine Frage: Ist es möglich (über ein VPN) das TV-Signal des DVB-Viewers in entsprechend kleiner Auflösung über das Internet an einen Freund zu streamen?

 

Mir kommt es nicht auf Qualität an, ich möchte einfach nur testen was alles so möglich ist.

 

Zur Zeit habe ich einen Upload von 576 KB/s, bekomme aber im Sommer VDSL mit 2,5 MB/s Upload.

 

Hat Jemand ev. schon Erfahrungen damit gemacht?

 

Freue mich über jede Antwort.
