Dual Tuners

I have 2 kworld dvb-s tuners with DVBViewer 4.xx. If I set the first tuner (connected to 19.2) as preferred I can watch all channels as expected. The second tuner is connected to 28.2. I am unable to watch any channels unless I set tuner2 as preferred and the first as 'do not use'. I assume I am doing something very obviously wrong, but how do I set both tuners to 'normal' and allow DVBViewer to let me watch channels on either satellite? I apologise for my ignorance in advance.
