Why DVBViewer not see Elecard AAC Decoder

I install audio filter “Elecard AAC Decoder” .

But DVBViewer40 not see it at Options->DirectX->Audio->AAC

DVBViewer only lists AAC decoders that are suitable for DVB requirements (LATM AAC). Go to the members area -> plugins, download the libfaad2 wrapper filter and read the ReadMe!
