DVBViewer recordingstatus=active when recording service is recording

Hi. More of a request than a suggestion I'm afraid.

 

I'm playing with the LCDSmartie plugin trying to get the 'recording' light to enable when the recording service is recording. I've been looking at DVBVSpy using Get Tags and notice that recording status stays inactive wven when recording service is recording.

 

Is there any way that the two could communicate so that the #recording status tag changes to active when recording service is recording?

This would be useful for when you use DVBViewer on another PC as well. The recording status never actually gets set to recording when the service is recording something but the little icon in DVBViewer constantly stays red.

I know I can log onto the webserver and check but I'm lazy.
