DVBViewer Switch & control shortcuts

What is the correct way to setup the controls for PowerDVD with the DVBViewer Switch?

 

I don't get any controls sent to PowerDVD.

I have configured DVBV with keyboard shortcuts, which are sent by iMon.

 

These shortcuts work fine in DVBV: stop, play, pause...

But these controls are not received by PowerDVD.

 

I think I have configured the switch correctly.

It's stated in the instructions that the controls are read from the default.remote.

I assume that this is from the DVBV settings folder(?).

 

I did save my key settings over the default default.remote.

I have also enabled the Connect control option and also tried it with the keyboard hook.

 

What's wrong?

What should I try next?

I think the problem is the iMon-Software.

These can only receive keyboard shortcuts of software which is actually in foreground (active).

So you must set these specially keyboard shortcuts for PDVD in the iMonManager itself.

I didn't realize that I could do it that way.

Althought it was quite obvious.

 

Now I can control PowerDVD also!
