theta Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 (edited) Hi, I have 2 PCs, PC1 is the server(Win XP) which has satellite tuner, its server and DVBViewer, now PC2 can watch this Satellite IPTV stream from PC1, but I have to 1. Launch its own external program (TSUDPCnt.exe, see attached, please) everytime in PC2, and then 2. Click the channel (Let's say Ch3) in TSUDPCnt.exe, then 3. Click that channel 3 in PC2's DVBViewer too, then I can watch Ch3...., it takes long time in PC2....., if I wanna watch Ch 5, I have re-do step2 to 3... I want to lauch DVBViewer in PC2, and just click Sat Program name in DVBViewer channel list, then start watching Sat IPTV program, that's all!! But I have no idea about combine TSUDPCnt.exe into DVBViewer, do I need to make *.vbs first? I think script just needs 3 parameters --> "On", "Off" and "SetChanel", can somebody walk me through that step by step? Please focus on first BSCS and its port 6689, the rest of Satellites are invalid, I don't have those options, please ignore them. Thanks for any help you can provide. Lars_MQ Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 why don't you use the DVBServer which comes with the DVBViewer? Quote
theta Posted April 22, 2009 Author Posted April 22, 2009 I apologize for misunderstanding, I did not make that clearly, allow me to put some conditions here again, 1. PC1's DVBViewer can't detect this Sat Tuner hardware, 2. All I need to do in PC1 is lauch this Japanese Sat server, then 3. Go to PC2, launch TCUDPCnt.exe and DVBViewer, 4. Check TCUDP on the left hand side, and then click "On", then select channel name from drop menu, then hit channel in TCUDPCnt.exe, then TCUDPCnt.exe will send signal to Sat server in PC1, channel will be changed in PC1, then 5. Click that same channel in DVBViewer in PC2, then I can watch Sat IPTV....., it takes long time.... why don't you use the DVBServer which comes with the DVBViewer? Quote
theta Posted April 22, 2009 Author Posted April 22, 2009 (edited) Why I did not use DVBViewer server? Yes, I did. I do use DVBViewer server in PC1, like I mention, DVBViewer doesn't detect this Sat tuner device, I guess it doesn't have BDA driver, thus, I have to launch Sat server in PC1 and then go to PC2, then use IPTVTransEdit to scan SAT IPTV stream, then export a list, then import it into DVBViewer in PC2, then I did the previous or below steps (Step 3 to 5) in order to watch Sat program successfully...so sad ...., that why I want someone to help me combining or creating script to watch Sat Tv easily. I apologize for misunderstanding, I did not make that clearly, allow me to put some conditions here again, 1. PC1's DVBViewer can't detect this Sat Tuner hardware, 2.
