One touch record scheduling (Send to PVR) in OSD

I would be great if you could add an option to recording options or a tweak for one touch record scheduling in OSD. I would work like in EPG window button "Send to PVR" when you select Record in OSD.

 

In cases when adding recordings from OSD EPG / OSD Timeline without need to change the default recording settings you always have to close the dialog by accepting the default settings.

This new feature by using tweak seems to be included in the latest beta according the release notes. This will increase every day usability greatly.

In the 4.5 changelog:

"Add: OSD: The record Button does add or delete a timer on the following OSD pages: EPG-Now, Timeline, Channellist, EPG-Search, EPG-Details, EPG-Channels. The confirmation can be disabled (see tweaks.txt)."

 

Could you give more information how exactly I can disable the recording settings confirmation dialog, please. So that I can add timer by one button press in OSD page. I can't find this information from tweaks.txt

I'm missing this information too. This is not mentioned in tweaks.txt. I also seached setup.xml but i could not find such option.

There is a tweak to disable delete timer confirmation:

Disabling delete timer is half of the OSD one touch recording solution.

 

Usability of adding timer from OSD EPG would be superb if timer dialog could be disabled. Now when adding timer it is normally useless to confirm the default timer settings.

 

Would it be possible to add a tweak to disable OSD add timer (recording settings) dialog, please?

Does this tweak already exist (as hidden maybe), could we get comment from developers, please?
