ter9999 Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 Can't save the 3 LOF settings in channel list editor. You can see all the "Chinasat 6B" TPs are in C-band, and I clicked "C Band" button and clicked Apply and Close. Next time I return to this page, the LOF settings change to Ku-L settings. Also, it's confusing to put the LOF settings on this node page -- how about the same satellite has both C-band and Ku-band TPs? Thanks! Quote
Griga Posted May 6, 2009 Posted May 6, 2009 (edited) Can't save the 3 LOF settings in channel list editor. Seems something non KU Band-like is saved, because when I try C Band -> Apply, my KU Band channels don't work anymore. Maybe just displayed wrongly. P.S. The C Band LOFs are saved, as you can see after selecting a channel within this root (LOF = 5150). how about the same satellite has both C-band and Ku-band TPs? I would create separate roots for them. You would need separate transponders lists for scanning anyway. Edited May 6, 2009 by Griga Quote
ter9999 Posted May 7, 2009 Author Posted May 7, 2009 Thank you very much for the confirmation. So it's better to separate Ku and C for the same satellite. You are right, if the LOFs wrongly changed back to Ku-L settings when next time I open it, and I click Apply, all the C-band on the satellite will not be tuned. This isssue confused me from 4.0 version and now 4.1 version.. Quote
Robbo69 Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 This bug is still present in 4.5 !! This makes it very difficult to be sure what the LNB settings actually are as the Ku values are shown whenever you open the editor. Quote
ter9999 Posted October 13, 2010 Author Posted October 13, 2010 Confirmed, this issue is still in latest 4.5. Please fix. Quote
