KNC1 DVB-S2 card can support C-band reception in DVBViewer Pro?

Could anyone please confirm whether KNC1 DVB-S2 card can support C-band reception in DVBViewer Pro?

 

I asked the KNC1 support for C-band reception, they said the card can support.

 

But I used DVBViewer Pro 4.0/4.1 to test that the C-band transponder signals can't be locked using this card together with a 4-in-1 multiswitch (I setted correctly in the Diseqc menus). I have another Twinhan AD-SP400 DVB-S2 card connected that can work with C-band and the same 4-in-1 multiswitch very well.

 

So MAYBE DVBViewer don't support this card C-band? It's strange because the Ku-band reception is good in DVBViewer.

The handling is the same for all cards. In contrast to DiSEqC, which is device dependent, all drivers get the same frequency and LOF data via the BDA interface.
