Audio & Video disruption when maximizing/minimizing any window

If I maximize or minimize any window on the desktop, audio and video disruptions/stuttering occur for about half a second.

Disabling the minimize/maximize animation in windows helps much, but does not completely resolve the issue.

I don't have this problem when using Windows Vista IIRC, only on XP.

I have a Typhoon DVB-S card which is identical to a 'KNC1 TV-Station DVB-S' or 'TerraTec Cinergy 1200 DVB-S'.

I use Terratec's latest BDA driver 'Cinergy_1200_DVB-S_Drv_Vista_XP_4.8.3.18.exe'.
