Streaming to ustream.tv

Hi all, been using for DVBViewer for a while and is very good. I wanted to know if i could stream to ustream.tv? I was looking to stream freeview channels while im at work etc. i have tried using a screen capture app but i get a blank box. The only way ive been able to do it is to webstream and use vlc then the desktop screen capture app sees it.

i was just wondering if there is an easyier way to do this at all?
