athtse2001 Posted June 9, 2009 Author Posted June 9, 2009 look here: http://www.DVBViewer.info/forum/index.php?...st&p=233991 The link seems relating VLC. I have set up the DVBViewer to receive HDTV, can the DVBViewer do a transcoding on the H.264 HD stream so that I can get a less heavy traffic on the LAN ? I need to multicast the TV signal in real time. Thanks again for help. Quote
Devastation Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 In DVBViewer is for streaming downsizing the VLC used. If same goes for x264 HD I dont know. Quote

Lars_MQ Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 Why should the viewer do it? The DVBViewer as the name says is for viewing not transcoding videos. Quote
