Usb Wake Up

I am using Skystar HD2 with Usb remote.

I could not manage to wake up neither from power of nor standby by remote ?

Is there any solution from power off wake up or should I buy Dvb-s2 cards with non Usb receiver ?

Normally I can wake up from standby by usb mouse or keyboard.

What should I do ?
