transedit geht dvbviewer nicht

Ich habe eine Satkarte die unter einer älteren installation schon lange mit dem DVBViewer lief.

In meiner neuen testumgebung unter windows7 habe ich das problem ds die karte unter transedit funktioniert incl. preview, der dvbviere aber immer nur sagt "kein dvb gerät verfügbar"

Unter Optionen wir die Hardware angezeigt als DTV-DVBS 878 Digital Tuner Filter. Aber selbst ein Sendersuchlauf funktioniert nicht.
