uglyned
Hi, I'm using DVBViewer with XP SP2 on a Gigabyte 780G board with an AMD 5050e chip. DVBViewer isn't coping too well when the box returns from standby. I put it into standby straight from DVBViewer and when I come back, DVBViewer takes a little persuading in order to work properly. Sometimes it reports that the Recording Service isn't running and leaves a black screen, other times it just leaves a black screen. Does anybody have any advice on how I could get it running a little smoother? DVBViewer is all I use the PC for. Thanks. Quote Link to comment
Gioxy
Most probably this behaviour is related to a faulty DVB device activation, and if you use a USB one it's a known problem, but you didn't mention anything about it... Please read here on top "How to post problems/bugs correctly: Always follow these instructions. Otherwise no one can - or wants - to help you!"... Quote Link to comment
uglyned
Thanks, I will. To be honest I didn't know if it even was a problem - and if there was a problem I was blaming Windows more than DVBViewer. It's a dual tuner PCI-e card by Pinnacle. I'll post a support.zip up when I get chance. Thanks. Quote Link to comment
