Problems with recordings where signal was lost

Hi,

 

DVBViewer seems to have problems playing recordings where the satellite signal was lost for example due to bad weather.

The audio and video will be severely out of sync.

Watching the same video in WMP9, the A/V sync is better but far from good. Is there a way to correct this?

Right now I'm using VirtuaDUB and syncing the audio by hand while watching.

I can provide the offending recordings if you need them.

You know, I don't see where this has anything to do with my current configuration and also I didn't post it as a bug. I've had this problem with previous versions as well. But here you go:

And I tried serching for this as well. Didn't find anything relevant though.
