Elber Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 Brazil's SKY subtitles not shown on DVBViewer PRO. I think the sub type is not known for DVBViewer. Maybe a different type. Following I paste information from Transedit. Please analyse these information and tell me if this type of subtitle is supported by DVBViewer. To help, viewing same channel using Dreambox 500 the subs are not present too. Streaming from Dream to PC, using VLC, the subs are present. DVBViewer do not recognize subtitles or teletext pids. Updating sub or teletext pids from channel editor do not help. In case you need, I can record a .ts file from one channel and upload it. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?> <INTEL_11_SKY_10970_H> <ServiceID Value="2901" Name="CINE SKY"> <PMT PID="49"> <PCR PID="1241"/> <ES PID="1024" Name="DVB Subtitles"> <StreamType HValue="0x06" Name="Private Data PES (ITU-T Rec. Lars_MQ Posted June 26, 2009 Posted June 26, 2009 Could you please provide a 30 seconds TS dump of the data? To create a dump: - in the analyzer window select in the right list all rows and press the button record. - Wait 30 seconds. Then press the button again. - You find the TS file in the folder set up in : transedit main window -> menu settings -> analyzer -> output folder. - Upload the file to a file hoster (rapidshare & co) or (if you have) your webspace. And PM me the URL of it. We'll examine it and try to fix it. Quote
Elber Posted June 27, 2009 Author Posted June 27, 2009 Thanks Lars_MQ. I have PM'ed you. I have uploaded the file you requested. (your reply is not shown anymore ???) I have recorded a channel using DVBViewer. Playing this file using VLC, subtitles can be seen. Using DVBViewer to play the file, there are no subs. Strange... Thank you again. I will register again in this forum. I am registered in this forum using an old email address. Not the same I used to register DVBViewer PRO. So I will register the new email to avoid problems... ================= Could you please provide a 30 seconds TS dump of the data? Lars_MQ Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Thank you, the files are really helpful! Christian and I fixed the problem with the "por" DVBSubtitles and added support for the "txt" (plain text) DVBSubtitles. It will be in the next beta. Quote
Elber Posted June 30, 2009 Author Posted June 30, 2009 OK, thank you. U were really fast. Best support ever ! Thanks from Brazil. Quote
