Problems with HD channels

I'm using an original canal digital card and most my channels work fine, but from the HD channels, only TV Norge HD works. On all other HD channels i get to MyCam menu, and a "no access" message. According to my Canal Digital subscription, I should have 9 HD channels in all (http://www.canaldigital.no/TV/Parabol/Family/)

 

I'm using a Cinergy S2 PCI digital tuner card.
