Shared recordings folder

On one PC ("recording PC") I have set up the Settings-Options-Recorder Directory to be a shared directory on the recording PC.

In another room, I need to set up another "playback PC" with DVBViewer, so that it uses that shared directory as its recordings folder.

 

However, even if the Settings-Options-Recorder Directory of both PCs points to the same shared directory, the recordings are visible only on the recording PC. I have looked both via DVBViewer-Recordings Statistics-Recorded shows and the OSD Recordings page.

 

Is there a solution to my need? How can I share the recordings done in one PC with another PC? Can DVBViewer somehow refresh its list of recorded shows just by reading the contents of the recordings directory?

Change the shortcut to ...\DVBViewer.exe -x8260
