Tuning Problem

Hi folks!!

My DVBViewer decided not to work, so I uninstalled, reinstalled.

I'm now having trouble tuning in and DVBViewer does not see any channels.

Hauppauge HD S2 card working OK

VMC sees and shows channels.

DVBViewer shows full satellite signal .

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong please?
